TERMS OF SERVICE

▪ SECTION 1 - Do's and Don'ts1.1.- I am allowed to decline any commission requests.1.2.- I WILL DO: Character portraits, character references, custom character designs, couples, fanart, OCxCanon, suggestive poses, groups (less than 10 people), anthro, chibi style, anime style.1.3.- I WON'T DO: Heavy NSFW, gore, robots/mecha, detailed armor, large groups of people, super detailed backgrounds, realism, imitating another artist's style.▪ SECTION 2 - Before You Pay2.1.- Prices are in USD. Half or Full payment via paypal must be received before I start working on the commission, otherwise I won't start.2.2.- Payment will be done via PayPal Invoice only. Once we agree on what I will draw, I will send you the link to it. I won't ask for your e-mail.2.3.- Complex character designs can increase the total price.2.4.- All commissions include plain or simple backgrounds only, anything different will be added to the price.▪ SECTION 3 - Payment Guidelines3.1.- All payments are to be done via Paypal invoice or Ko-fi only.3.2.- I will start working on your commission once half or full payment is made upfront. This is for my safety as an artist.3.3.- After the payment is done, I will send the first sketch within 24 hours.▪ SECTION 4 - Revisions4.1.- There will be three (3) fixed revisions:I. When I send you the first sketch, within 24 hours after payment is done.II. Before lineart/coloring.III. After I proceed with the colors.4.2.- No revisions after the colors are applied. If you need to change little details they will be made for free, however big revisions will cost an additional 5 to 10 USD depending on the case.▪ SECTION 5 - Use and Distribution5.1.- You will receive a full resolution digital file in PNG format. No physical item will be delivered.5.2.- Reposting your commission is fine, just include credit to my social media in your post.5.3.- I am allowed to post the artworks on my social media unless stated in the request. May incur privacy fee.5.4.- Commissions are for personal use only, unless otherwise discussed.▪ SECTION 6 - Refund Policy6.1.- A full refund may be requested ONLY if the sketch hasn't been sent for the first revision. No refunds otherwise.
